Danny Elfman's Music From The Films of Tim Burton at The Rogers Arena on July 2nd - First time experiencing Queen since the 1978 Jazz Tour. They performed 27 songs over 2 and a half hours. Brian May and the drummer Roger Taylor are the 2 remaining original members. My wife and I both agree it was her best concert ever. The show had everything you could ask for in a rock performance - outstanding musicianship/vocals, lighting, sound, and innovative use of technology. A standout moment was during Brian May's acoustic set when a video of Freddie singing with Brian appeared, evoking visible emotion from Brian (potentially genuine as it was early in the tour). Another memorable "Freddie moment" was a video leading everyone in a "Day Oh" chant. Danny Elfman's Music From The Films of Tim Burton acknowledged his admiration for Freddie, stating "I am not Freddie, I am a fan like you, just with the expensive seats and flamboyant suits."
